How It Works

The worst outcome in medical travel is discovering on arrival that it was the wrong choice. So we make most of the decisions before you leave.

A doctor consults a patient with a medical interpreter present
  1. Send an enquiry

Tell us your needs and basic situation via WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, email or the online form.

  2. Initial record review

Send your records, test results and imaging. We organise and translate them, then triage to the right specialty and city.

  3. Options and estimate

You receive hospital and treatment options, expected length of stay and a cost range. We can help request a remote consultation if needed.

  4. Visa and travel

Once you choose a plan, we help with visa documents, book appointments and arrange flights, hotel and transfers.

  5. Accompanied treatment

On arrival, a dedicated escort supports you through registration, tests, consultations and any hospital stay, with medical interpreting at key moments.

  6. Follow-up at home

We compile and translate your medical documents, remind you of check-ups and help you stay in touch with your doctors in China.

How costs work

What you pay usually has two parts: medical fees charged by the hospital, and our service fee.

  • Medical fees are paid directly to the hospital at its standard rates; we give you an estimated range in advance
  • Our service fee is clearly priced by scope and confirmed before you commit
  • We do not take referral commissions from hospitals

What to prepare

  • A valid passport
  • Recent medical records, diagnosis and test reports
  • Imaging files (original CT, MRI data, etc.)
  • A list of current medications
  • Insurance policy details, if any

Frequently asked questions

Are you a hospital?

No. We are a medical travel coordinator handling assessment, matching and non-medical services. Diagnosis and treatment are provided by licensed medical institutions.

Can I get treatment without speaking Chinese?

Yes. We provide communication and escorts in English, Russian, Arabic, Vietnamese and more, with professional medical interpreters for key consultations.

How long will I need to stay?

It depends. Check-ups usually take 1–3 days, dental or eye surgery typically 1–2 weeks, and serious conditions are planned case by case.

Can I use my insurance?

Some international insurers and government schemes cover treatment abroad. Policy terms and hospital eligibility must be confirmed in advance — we can help check.

Can you guarantee results?

No, and nobody should promise you that. What we guarantee is transparency, a professional process and our best effort to match you with suitable care.

Is my medical information safe?

Your records are used only to assess and arrange your care, shared with medical institutions only as needed, and never used for anything else without your consent.
